For the past 35 years, we have built hot rods and custom cars. Many of our projects have been in national magazines and have won more awards than we can count. We also build for the more practical customer, that wants to drive them. Our tag line has always been- "if you can dream it, we can build it".

Dave's Hot Rod Shop, owned by Dave Tallant, has been building, fabricating and customizing cars and trucks since 1974. We recently moved our shop to Smihville, Missouri only 10 minutes north of Kansas City. We have played a part in creating many awards winning cars and custom paint jobs.
