Jeff's '73 Pontiac convertible has been in his family a long time, and is ready for some help.

The left door hinges were wore out, so we took them apart.

  We welded up the pins, turned them back down, built new over-sized bushings, drilled the hinges out, and reassembled them.

  On the inner structure, there is surface rust. We grind and treat the rust with a conversion coating, that changes rust to primer.
